Geanette, the founder of Khambiazo Healthy Sculpt, LLC, holds certification as a Nutrition Coach from the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is a distinguished Surgeon Physician, having graduated from the University of Zulia-Venezuela, and holds a master’s degree in nutrition from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (Edinburg, Texas). Geanette further enhances her expertise with certification as a Body Contouring and Skin Tightening Specialist from the Texas Laser Institute
With an extensive background as a physician, Geanette derives satisfaction from her role as a nutritionist. Recognizing the intrinsic connection between health issues and dietary habits, she values the opportunity to provide specialized nutrition guidance for diverse needs, including weight loss, weight gain, and management of health conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hormonal imbalance, gastrointestinal diseases, lipid problems, among others. Leveraging her medical and nutritional expertise, Geanette is dedicated to supporting individuals in unraveling the underlying causes of their health concerns and devising optimal strategies for treatment, reversal, and disease eradication.

Giovanny F Castillo, EG, MSS, MSES
Giovanny is the general manager and leader, who performs various functions to keep the KHS nutrition and aesthetic center running smoothly. He is a excellent Engineer with extensive business experience, graduated from the Universidad de Oriente-Venezuela, with a master’s degree and specialist in the field of education from NOVA Southeastern University (Tampa, Florida).
As a first-line manager, he directly supervises employees and operations within specific departments, ensuring that workflows align with broader objectives. In addition, he gives his experience and specialized guidance to support the different vital areas of the center’s business structure such as human resources, finances, and legal matters, among others.
